We are inviting views on Derwent London and Lazari Investments’ revised proposals for the future of 38-70 Baker Street, W1, on the Portman Estate.

Since we submitted our application in December 2022, we have been carefully listening to the feedback submitted to Westminster City Council, as well as continuing to develop some of the ideas and suggestions which were put forward in our plans.
